VSM Kart 500

Fictitious mod based around the real 500 milhas da Granja Viana (Granja Viana's 500 miles race), the VSM Kart 500 is a full skin pack with 62 karts for AMS in a new special-one serie created to emulate a 500 mile kart race in a original track made by VSM.
 
Mod History/premisse: Originaly was intended to be a 2019 Granja Viana's mod, but, for lack of time for a research about the actual race and after hit the block in the fact of the game only accept few karts at Granja Viana track and only one driver per car entry, I, decided to create in a fast pace an fully fictitious event to emulate the original 500 mile race, but, with only one driver per kart and in a track made to support 60+ cars at the same time racin.
 
Driver selection: Most of the drivers in the mod are actual racers on Granja Viana's 500, ie, brazilians drivers from various series like IndyCar, F-E, WEC, Copa Truck and most of them: Stock Car Brasil. But, I also put some other drivers, from another places; most of them are from South America, and few other international stars like Jeff Gordon (who actually raced in a kart event here in Brazil some years ago), and Fernando Alonso, who is racing in every event in the world. He already knows about Granja Viana's 500?.  The sponsors and numbers are based around real-ones with liveries designed by VSM. If you want to see the karts before download, just click here.
 
The track: Named VSM Kart Motorplex, or just VSM Kartplex, is a flat Fictitious track localized somewhere in São Paulo state, very loosely based around Granja Viana with 2km, made purely with the need for support too much karts racing at the same time as main target. With only one layout, is separated in 3 parts: the first sector is a fast (too fast for the AMS karts, to be true) paced section with basically a big radius turn. The second sector is mixed and the third is slow with closed turns.

KNOWN ISSUES :

Since is impossible to change the radiator settings from the karts, and, as said before, the track is a bit too fast for those karts, I HUGE reommend you to turn off the mechanical failures or you will probably have a engine blowed..

Originally the track had curbs, but they are removed in a last time change after I noticied that they are much high for karts and are causing crashes.. Now AI of course don't crash because the curbs (since they don't exists anymore), but they still using a bit of the grass to make some turns, since I don't changed the AIW.

The Track also have some graphical glitches when under lights, nothing that broke the game experience, but, is a bit ugly.

AI also is more easy to beat than in original Reiza tracks.

The track also lacks support for some AMS features like dynamic track.

The AI make a turn for the wrong side in the pits to stop and are teletransported to the actual pit stall place, again, nothing that broke the game, is just a bit crazy. NOTE: If, for some reason, another kart stop in your pit stall, just stop in front of them and your pit crew will make the service normally.
